Seventeen years ago, Dipal Patel arrived in the United States with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and began immersing herself in the retail, restaurant, and hotel industries. Alongside her husband, Prakash Patel, who shared the same passion for business and hospitality, they worked tirelessly in hands-on roles—building their knowledge from the ground up. Their dedication, resilience, and focus on customer service laid the foundation for what would become a growing and trusted family enterprise.
Today, the next generation—Viraj Patel and Janki Patel—are expanding that legacy. With modern perspectives in hospitality, technology, and brand development, they are leading the business into a new era.
